pebbled black All Weather Leather with tan trim and solid brass hardware. Top handles and removable / adjustable shoulder strap. top zipper, and two removable interior organizational compartments. 

label: interior fabric label "Dooney & Bourke Inc. Made in USA" along with brass fob, leather duck patch, and signed zipper pull and grommets.

boy of bag 12" wide, 10" tall, 4 1/2" deep at base

very good condition. light wear overall, with more moderate wear to base edges as seen. clean interior.
