we offer USPS 1st class and priority mail services, depending on weight and value to destinations in the United States.
we offer 1st Class International and International Priority to all other destinations.
If purchasing Priority International, please note benefits include:
-a USPS tracking number
-faster delivery: 6-10 days to destination country. actual delivery to final destination can vary depending on customs. actual # of days may vary.
Processing time is typically 1-2 business days but can vary.
Contact the shop prior to purchase to arrange an alternate shipping method, or if you need something by a certain date, to be sure we can accommodate you.
*fieldwork packs and ships with care, but is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
*international customers: fieldwork does not collect VAT or import taxes that may be levied by your country's customs agency. They are your responsibility. we cannot mark orders as gifts and change values on customs forms.

we accepts returns under the following circumstances:
-contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss reasons for return
-ship order back within 5 business days of delivery
-a tracking number must be provided
- items must be received back in the same condition they were sold in to receive a full refund- subject to inspection and shop's discretion upon return.
