vintage 1990s does 1930s

semi-sheer chiffon with 1/2 bell sleeves and bias cut peplum. ties at waist. feels like rayon.

good/very good condition. clean and sturdy. some slipped edging stitches that could be redone if desired. ends of ties are raw. peplum drapes a bit unevenly.
