royal blue silk taffeta one-shoulder bodice with large bow accent, vibrantly sequined and beaded fitted waist and a full cream silk taffeta skirt. fully lined, the skirt with built in mini-crinoline for fullness and shape. side seam zipper and pocket. couture quality.
