dreamy soft cotton with a multi-colored floral mosaic print. interesting open lattice shoulder detail, drawstring waist with side ties, and full tiered skirt. bodice buttons up the back. 

label: Phool, made in India, 100% cotton, London / New York

very good/excellent condition. general light wear/fade adds character. freshly laundered.
