A classic wide-leg, high-waist style in lightweight white utility cotton.  Belt loops, button fly, hip pockets. Military issue, with stamped name "LEWIS" and number/letter contract codes.

sizing: fits like a medium-large. these were originally designed for male bodies, and have a slimmer hip-to-waist ration than typical women's pants.

good/very good utility wear condition, with some scattered minor marks that didn't lift with laundering and some small wear/holes as you might expect. see images for examples.
