Vintage 14 Karat Gold and Amethyst Cherub Earrings

hand-detailed cherub figures squatting atop natural amethyst cabochons, suspended on rings and strung on slender hoops. rendered in solid 14 karat gold. strange in the best way.

hallmarked "14 kt" on the hoops, and tests for 14 karat gold.

hoops are 1 1/4" dia., total length from top of hoop to bottom of amethyst drop is 2 1/2"

very good condition. stones have natural inclusions some of which are visible when held up to light, at certain angles.
