condition: fair/good. washed + wearable, with flaws. Being sold AS IS. Scattered small holes: two on/near front collar, clusters along back collar/shoulder, several in skirt, one slightly larger near hem. One popped seam area noted at right hip.  Recommend storing flat to avoid further stress to neck/shoulder area.
