Large Antique Inlaid Intaglio Ring

c. 1920s

Chonky and fabulous sterling silver setting with dramatically stepped shoulders and four claw-like prongs holding a rectangular sardonyx stone with carved and gilded floral design further accented with six green and purple paste stones and nine tiny split seed pearls. A unique find!

hallmarked "STERLING" on the inner band
