five paneled cotton skirt, full silhouette with wide eyelet embroidery double layer ruffle hem. closes with an adjustable drawstring in the back. no other closures.

twice-dipped by hand in We, McGee's natural indigo vat to achieve an earthy, mellow blue tone.

condition: very good/excellent.  skirt has a small old mend near the hip, and a few little pinholes on the back waist area. ruffle was taken up by hand. expected wear for an everyday garment such as this. carefully rinsed and washed to prevent color loss. Some light, scattered variations to dye. We recommend washing our indigo dyed pieces on a cold, gentle setting with a natural ph neutral detergent with like colors (gentle hand wash works too!), and air drying out of direct sun to best preserve the natural color.
