vintage 1980s

fine wool/silk blend knit; the body of the dress in black, with outrageously dramatic batwing sleeves, collar, and hem in a contrasting multi-colored Art Deco-inspired print. relaxed fit with optional knotted rope and bead belt (with tassels!). zips up the back.

label: "Leonard Boutique, Paris" retailed at "Marlene Pour Strasbourg Couture" also labeled "LEONARD" within the print.

very good/excellent condition. some scattered fade/discoloration in the print of the sleeves is notable on close inspection, but not generally detracting. label and inner neckline are discolored. dress has faint but not unpleasant perfume scent. may benefit from professional cleaning. wearable as -is.
