Slubbed, slightly open weave dark blue/grey and white gingham. Blouson bodice with pleats across the shoulders, cap sleeves and keyhole back neckline. Full bias cut skirt with side seam pockets. Fabric belt with fabulous molded plastic sculptural buckle in peach and cream.

condition: Very good. Dress waist is elasticized and elastic has slackened. not an issue when belted as designed. belt itself has also lost some spring but still strong and wears/presents great!
