12 karat gold-filled heart-shaped locket with intricate border details and central hand-engraved rose gold forget-me-not motif and the initials "VD" in hearts . two interior compartments with original removeable metal frames, celluloid covers and retail paper backing. paired with a vintage 18" goldfill chain with spring ring clasp.
