Antique Tiger's Eye and Carnelian Locket Fob

antique, mid-late 1800s

Etruscan-revival design in warm rolled-gold over brass. The rounded frame with beaded accents is bezel set on each side with a carnelian and tiger's eye stone, respectively. The central panel swivels open to reveal a small compartment with original removeable frame and glass for storing a photo or other tiny keepsake. Offered with a 16" modern 14kt gold over sterling silver chain.

10.49 g total weight (not including chain)

very good/ excellent condition. light surface wear commensurate with age.
