Antique Sterling Silver and Enamel Locket

antique c. 1910

sterling silver with black and guilloche enameled front with sweet hand painted pansies. hinged latch. interior with single removable frame. 

hallmarked for Carter Quarnstrom & Remington and stamped "Sterling" on the back

1 5/8" long, 1" wide

condition notes: a hairline crack in the central enameled panel runs not quite from end to end of the oval and has caused some discoloring/yellowing in the lower right. you may want to add a bale/loop for it to lay flat when worn on a chain.
