Victorian Song Bird Gold Fill Photo Locket on Fancy Chain

lovely Aesthetic Era details engraved on this oval locket; the front with a song bird among reeds and flowers, the back a series of decorative motifs on the diagonal, pendant on a beautiful cable chain accented with openwork lozenges. two interior wells for photos, hair, or other keepsakes. both removable frames present, one original glass pane still present as well.

condition: very good. tight clasp. some wear to gold finish, esp. noted on the back.
