Antique Peasant Blouse with Spangles | S/M | wounded bird

rustic natural cotton blouse with heavily gathered neckline and sleeves, with all-over decoration of metal sequins (spangles) topped with clear glass beads.

condition: poor/fair. fabulous piece, and fabric is sturdy, with a couple small holes in the shoulder/neck area and a series of marks on the back. has not been cleaned. all-over significant losses to the spangles, with some areas bare, and some just with random loose threads. could not be worn as-is without expecting to keep shedding spangles. a restoration or salvage project.
