great length and fullness to this tiered cotton petticoat with lace ribbon inserts, lined up to the top tier seam.

condition: clean and wearable. a handful of small holes in the upper front and back could use patching/repair (two most significant in the front shown). one old mend. scattered breaks and little tears/losses to lace. not all are photographed, but none are bigger than what's shown.
