30s-inspired sweet set featuring a crocheted cotton top with pleated silk ruffle collar and sleeve cuffs in dotted red chiffon, with matching micro-pleated silk skirt. blouse pulls over head, no closures. skirt snaps and hooks at the back. both unlined. belt not included.

label: Bill Blass with ILGWU labels and retailer Harzfeld's label (a high-end Kansas City Department Store that closed in 1984)
