1960s Silk Taffeta Party Dress by Elis Porter | S

vintage early 1960s 

feather light silk taffeta in an arresting painterly pink and plum scrolling floral print. the unique design echoing elements of the late 18th century robe à l’anglaise, including a pointed bodice, and heavily pleated skirt. dress is fully lined in sheer pink silk for added structure. purple metal Conmar zipper up the back.  beautifully crafted custom made/tailored piece.
