1950s Lucite and Pierced Metal Purse

pill-shaped case with black lucite handle, carved lid, and base with pierced basketweave-style metal sides and silver hardware. 

label: "MW Handbags, Made in USA"

8" long, 3 1/2" tall, 4" deep

very good condition. some surface wear to lucite consistent with age, some small areas of light patina/rust to metal, most notable at inner hinge, as shown. actually is more notable in these photos than real life. presents very nicely, and in usable condition.
