all-over shimmering  gun metal sequins with star-shape accents. mesh base and wire frame.

labeled: Millinery Salon, Lit Brothers, Philadelphia. ( a Department Store from 1890s-1970s, noted for its millinery department)

10 1/2" end to end, 5 1/2" wide

very good/excellent condition. some discoloring to inner netting.
