black rayon crepe. V-neck bodice, 3/4 sleeves, yoked waist, and 8-panel skirt. Accented on the shoulders and sleeves with multi-toned blue sequins and beads. offered with a velvet ribbon and blue celluloid buckle belt. no closures, must pull over head.
