golden rayon heavily gathered at the waist, with wide waistband. rich, vibrant floral silk embroidery at the waist, and wide wreath along the lower skirt. hooks and loops at the back waist, snaps to hip.

condition: good/very good. sturdy and presents so beautifully! freshly laundered. some variation to tone of skirt (lighter/darker golden) some faint scattered marks that are lost in the drape. some faint dye run from the mauve/rust colored flowers, that, again, is lost in the drape.
