antique early 1930s

cobalt blue lace with a subtle sheen. wide ruffle collar with V-neck, long sleeves and fabric belt accent with Deco rhinestone buckle. snaps at the left side seam waist. 

approx. size small (should have 1-2" of ease throughout)

bust: 40"
waist: 33"
hips: 40"
total length: 57"

very good/excellent condition.  buckle missing a few rhinestones.
