semi-sheer silk crepe with hand-applied ruffles. 

condition: clean. some ruffles need re-tacking. large tear/hole in left underarm. overall wear, a few scattered small holes. some evidence of strain/weakness in the upper bodice/shoulder areas. wearable, as long as you aren't straining the arms or neck. best for size small or smaller.
