simple wheat tone linen (or linen/cotton blend) frock with hand embroidered deco floral accents at collar, sleeves, and skirt front in vibrant blues, yellow, and black. A dress likely made up from a kit that provided pre-cut fabric and guidelines for the embroidery, popular in the era.

condition: good vintage condition. Sturdy, clean and very wearable handmade 20s piece with lots of charm. Embroidery is intact and vibrant. Scattered flaws include some light tan/brown spots that didn’t fully lift with soaking; mostly on skirt but a couple noted on/near sleeves. Areas + streaks of fade- mainly across left side on the shoulder and skirt edge. A handful of scattered pinholes, one pea-sized mended hole in skirt front and one patched stress tear at the right corner of the collar. See images.
